- packaging of Armenian lavash – 1 PC.
- cottage cheese – 500 gr.
- processed cheese – 2 PCs. (140 gr. )
- eggs – 2 PCs.
- milk – 150 gr.
- salt – 1 tsp. without top
- granulated garlic – 1 tsp. without top
- the mixture of peppers – 0.5 tsp.
- egg – 1 PC.
- sour cream – 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- cheese (optional) – 30 g.
Pita I will use in the form of a roll of it I got 5 sheets for cake.
So preparing for that.
In a bowl of cottage cheese three on a coarse grater processed cheese.

The bottom of the form I greased with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Lay out the first sheet of lavash and distribute it 1/4 of the filling.
Cover the filling with the second sheet of lavash and again distribute 1/4 of the filling.
Thus collect the whole pie.
To cake turned out beautiful top, the last sheet of lavash lubricated with the dressing.
Mix in bowl one egg, one tablespoon sour cream and one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
This fill is distributed on the top sheet of lavash.
Optional cake you can sprinkle grated cheese on top, literally one tablespoon.
Bake pie in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 – 35 minutes.
I include both tena and convection.
