- 130 ml. of warm milk
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 400 gr. flour
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 60 gr. butter soft
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream any fat
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil for greasing hands and table
- ingredients for the filling:
- green onions
- boiled eggs
- for greasing pies 1 egg or egg yolk with milk (1 tbsp )
For the dough:
To combine warm milk, sugar and yeast, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
To the flour add salt, egg, sour cream and coming up the yeast, knead the dough.
Knead for 5-7 minutes until all flour will not be included in the dough.
Then take softened butter and mix up it into the dough parts.
At first the dough will be very sticky but kneading will become elastic and soft. A bowl for proofing dough to grease with vegetable oil and put the dough, leave for an hour to rise in a warm place.
The filling can be any, I have with egg and onions.

Mix well and the stuffing is ready.
