  • apples – 160 gr.
  • onions – 40 gr.
  • potatoes – 320 gr.
  • pickled cucumbers – 160 gr.
  • parsley – 20 gr.
  • vinegar – 20 gr.
  • vegetable oil – 40 gr.
  • salt

Step by step recipe

I take the foil, cut the squares and wrap the potatoes in it, pre-make holes in it with a toothpick, put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees to bake.

I boiled beets, but you can bake in the oven.

I clean it and cut it into thin slices.

I’ll take it away.

I also cut the apple into thin slices, it is not necessary to peel it.

I spread the prepared apples in a salad bowl, add beets to them.

Shredded onions in small cubes.

Send it to the salad bowl.

Also finely chop pickled cucumbers, you can take salted. I put them in a salad bowl.

Baked potatoes.

Let it cool, clean it and cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the parsley and send it to the other vegetables.

Making a salad dressing.

I pour sunflower oil, vinegar into the dishes, I use apple, I can take lemon juice, mix everything well.

Salt the salad and season it with the prepared mixture.

I put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, brew.
