  • canned mushrooms – 400 gr.
  • boiled chicken – 300 gr.
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • onion – 2 pcs.
  • cheese – 50 gr.
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise – 200 gr.
  • butter for frying
  • salt and pepper

Step by step recipe

Finely chop the onions and mushrooms, fry the onions and mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut boiled chicken, eggs, cucumbers, and grate the cheese.

Lubricate the bottom of the salad bowl with mayonnaise, put chicken in the first layer, salt and pepper to taste, then spread the fried mushrooms with onions, grease with mayonnaise.
