Quick pickled cucumbers

  • 500 gr. – cucumbers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • dill
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 500 ml. mineral water

Step-by-step recipe

Cucumbers wash, cut off ends, cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and crosswise into 2-3 at the bottom of the pan put half of the dill, then all the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt and chopped garlic, put the remaining dill on top. Pour all the mineral water with gas. Cover and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours. If you cook whole cucumbers, the soaking time of 8-10 hours. If all cucumbers will not eat immediately, leave them in this pickle, even after 15 hours they remain salted and crispy.
