Red Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • canned red beans – 100 gr.
  • green onion – bunch
  • dill – a bunch
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
  • salt and black pepper

Step by step recipe

1. Boil potatoes and eggs until tender and cool.

2. Dice pickled cucumbers, eggs and potatoes.

3. Cut the greens and add to the vegetables.

4. Add beans (pre-rinse under running water), salt and black pepper to taste.

5. Season with mayonnaise and mix.

Be careful with salt, as pickled cucumber is present!
