Ingredients

  • bulgur 1/2 Cup
  • cucumber 1 PC.
  • bell pepper 1/2 PCs
  • parsley 2 sprigs
  • carrots 1 piece
  • salt
  • lemon juice 1/3 PCs
  • olive oil 2 tbsp

Step-by-step recipe

1. Bulgur to soak in cold water for 15 minutes

2. Cucumbers finely chop

3. Pepper to clear of seeds and cut finely

4. Greens finely chop

5. Carrots finely chop

6. Bulgur boil for 5-7 minutes until soft

7. All ingredients put in a bowl and season with salt

8. Sprinkle with lemon juice

9. Season with olive oil

10. Mix
