- cabbage / cabbage — 200 g
- corn (fresh corn) — 1 piece
- dill — 1 Puig.
- green onions — 1 Puig.
- sugar — 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise — 1 tsp.
- sour cream — 1 tsp.
- radish — 2 PCs
- cucumber — 2 PCs
- lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Shred the cabbage on a grater. Grate the radish on a grater for Korean carrot.
Chop the dill and onions. Shred the cucumber on a grater or finely chop.
Bring a pot of water to boil, add the lemon juice and sugar. Stir and add the corn. Turn off the heat and cover for 10-15 min. remove and cool.
When corn has cooled, cut off corn and mix with the remaining ingredients.
For dressing mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt to taste.
