  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • chicken fillet – 200 gr.
  • onions – 1 pc.
  • ketchup – 2 tablespoons
  • egg – 2 pcs.
  • Korean carrot – 50 gr.
  • cheese – 40 gr.
  • carrots (large) – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons

Step by step recipe

1. Prepare the dish, put a glass in the center.

Peel the boiled potatoes, grate on a coarse grater and place on a dish, as in the photo.

Grease with mayonnaise.

2. Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet.

Peel the onion, chop finely, scald with boiling water so that the excess bitterness is gone.

Combine chicken, onion and ketchup.

3. Fold over potatoes.

4. Grate boiled eggs on top.

Grease with mayonnaise.

5. Finely chop the Korean carrot, spread over the egg.

Next, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Grease with mayonnaise.

6. Next, grate the boiled carrots on a fine grater and gently spread over the cheese.

7. Carefully remove the glass from the center and can be decorated as desired.

I put olives in the center and decorated with dill.
