  • chicken fillet – 200 gr.
  • bell pepper – 150 gr.
  • canned red beans – 150 gr.
  • canned corn – 150 gr.
  • pickled cucumber – 150 gr.
  • chips – 50 gr.
  • mayonnaise – 50 gr.
  • ketchup – 50 gr.
  • vegetable oil for frying – 30 ml.

Step by step recipe

Boil chicken fillet in salted water for 25-30 minutes.

Cut the fillet into strips.

Cut bell pepper into strips and fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes.

Salted cucumber cut into strips.

We wash the beans in cold water.

Drain the liquid from the corn.

In a common bowl we spread beans, corn, fillets, pickled cucumbers, fried peppers.

Add mayonnaise and ketchup.

We mix everything.

We spread it on a dish and decorate with chips and herbs on top.
