- chicken fillet – 200 gr.
- bell pepper – 150 gr.
- canned red beans – 150 gr.
- canned corn – 150 gr.
- pickled cucumber – 150 gr.
- chips – 50 gr.
- mayonnaise – 50 gr.
- ketchup – 50 gr.
- vegetable oil for frying – 30 ml.
Boil chicken fillet in salted water for 25-30 minutes.
Cut the fillet into strips.
Cut bell pepper into strips and fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
Salted cucumber cut into strips.
We wash the beans in cold water.
Drain the liquid from the corn.
In a common bowl we spread beans, corn, fillets, pickled cucumbers, fried peppers.
Add mayonnaise and ketchup.
We mix everything.
We spread it on a dish and decorate with chips and herbs on top.
