Ingredients

  • heart pig – 1 PC.
  • carrots – 2 PCs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 PC.
  • garlic – 4 cloves
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
  • for the marinade
  • vegetable oil – 30 ml.
  • vinegar – 1,5-2 tbsp
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • coriander – 1 tsp.
  • black pepper – 1 tsp

Step-by-step recipe

Heart boil until tender. Cool and cut into sticks. Carrots to RUB on a grater for vegetables in Korean. Sweet pepper cut into long strips, parsley – not very finely.
