Salmon salad

Ingredients

  • canned salmon – 1 can.
  • egg – 3 pcs.
  • Dutch cheese – 150 gr.
  • butter – 100 gr.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • vinegar 9% – 1 tablespoon
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • greenery.

Step by step recipe

1. Pickle the onion: chop the onion in half rings, pour boiling water, add vinegar and sugar, pickle for 20 minutes.

2. We knead the fish with a fork, we rub the eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.

3. We collect the salad: 1st layer – egg (mayonnaise),

2nd layer – fish,

3rd layer – onion (mayonnaise),

4th layer is an egg,

5th layer – grated butter on a coarse grater (mayonnaise),

6th layer – cheese.
