- flour – 450-480 gr.
- dry fast-acting yeast – 7 gr.
- salt – 1 tsp (with a slide)
- sugar – 2 tbsp. (no slide)
- water – 200 ml.
- milk – 100 ml.
- vegetable oil – 40 ml.
- white sesame for sprinkling
- egg + 1 tbsp milk for coating buns
1 Sift the flour and add all the dry ingredients: yeast, sugar, salt, mix.
2 Add milk, water and butter.
3 Mix and collect the dough with a spoon.
4 Then knead the dough with your hands, about 7 minutes.
The dough will become smooth and obedient.
Lubricate the cup with butter, spread the dough and cover with a film.
We put the cup with the dough in a warm place to rise, for about 1 hour.
5 The dough increased, became airy and porous.
6 Knead the dough and divide into 12 pieces (approximately 100 g.)
7 Form the buns.
8 Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or cover it with parchment.
We spread the buns, cover with a film and leave to rise, for 30 minutes.
9 Stir the egg with 1 tbsp. milk.
10 Greet the buns with an egg.
11 Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees, about 20-30 minutes for buns of this size will be enough.
12 Once they have become rosy thanks to egg coating, you can get it.
