Simple salad with rice and vegetables for the winter



  • ingredients 4.5 l lettuce :
  • carrots 1 kg
  • tomatoes 1 kg
  • bell pepper 1 kg
  • onions 1 kg
  • chili pepper 2 PCs
  • vegetable oil 0.5 l
  • rice 400 gr
  • salt 70 gr.

Step-by-step recipe

1. Boil the rice until soft.

2. Mince the tomatoes and hot peppers.

3. Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean carrot or cut into strips, Chop the onion and pepper.

4. In a pan pour oil and add salt. When the oil is boiling add the carrots and cook for 20 minutes.

5. After 20 minutes, add the onion and cook for 10 minutes.

6. After 10 minutes, add the rice, tomato with a bitter pepper, sweet pepper. Stir and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.

7. Ready salad spread ro sterilized jars and roll covers.
