Soft liver patties

Ingredients

  • any liver – 700 gr.
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • raw potatoes – 150 gr.
  • onion – 120 gr.
  • mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
  • flour – 4 tbsp with a slide
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • pepper – ¼ tsp
  • seasoning for meat – 0.5 tsp
  • Provencal herbs – 0.5 tsp
  • cooking oil

Step by step recipe

Cut the liver into small cubes or mince.

Add chopped onions, grated potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper seasoning and mayonnaise.

Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After that add 4 tbsp. with a slide of flour and mix.

Fry in odorless hot oil over low heat on both sides for 5 minutes. under the closed lid.

Serve with any sauce and side dish.
