Soup in 20 minutes



  • 1.5 liters:
  • half carrots
  • onion half
  • potatoes 2 pcs.
  • frozen vegetables 2 tbsp
  • canned corn 2 tbsp
  • chicken fillet (small) 1 pc.
  • ketchup 2 tbsp
  • cream cheese half
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • ground grinder black
  • salt
  • greenery

Step by step recipe

Pour oil into a saucepan, heat and put chopped onions finely and grated carrots.

Fry onions and carrots, stirring constantly.

Then we add ketchup, mix and after a few minutes pour hot water (1.5 liters).

Then, in turn, put the potatoes chopped into a small dice, the chicken fillet cut into small pieces (I do not use the whole fillet, but the small one, this is the part of the filet that is attached to the large on the inside, this part of the filet is soft and tender).

Then there are frozen vegetables (whatever you like) and canned corn.

After 10 minutes, add melted cheese, cut into small cubes.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Boil another 5 minutes, sprinkle with herbs (I have cilantro) and remove the pan from the stove.

The soup is ready!
