Spring salad with piquant dressing

  • cabbage – 0.25 heads of cabbage (250-300 gr.)
  • radish – 1 bunch
  • green onion – 2 stalks
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • dill – 2-3 branches
  • sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
  • mustard with grains – 1 tsp
  • salt

Step by step recipe

Shredded cabbage.

My cabbage is also young.

First, cut the cucumbers in half, and then circles on the floor.

What is spring salad without spring onions?

I chop it finely.

Separate the leaves of dill from the twigs and chop it finely.

I cut the radishes in round pieces.

If very large, you can “halve” the round.

I put all the vegetables in a deep bowl.

And now, that same “interesting” ingredient.

This is an ordinary mustard with grains, which is also called French.

It is this mustard that gives the salad a new piquant note.

Add it to the vegetables.

Be sure to salt and add sunflower oil.

Mix and serve immediately.
