- spinach (fresh) — 250 g
- strawberry — 350 g
- green onions — 50 g
- almonds — 50 g
- feta — 30 g
- balsamic vinegar (I use raspberry balsamic sauce which is whipped in the blender.) — 4 tbsp
Coarsely cut spinach. Cut the strawberries.
Blanchere almonds if it has skin. And then grate in the form of “petals”.
Finely chop the onion and rucola if there is (it gives good taste). Stir all of the green ingredients and sprinkle with salt.
The spinach put the strawberries, sprinkle with almonds, posypaem cheese and dress with the sauce (I use raspberry balsamic sauce).
And the salad is ready! Bon Appetite!
