- flour — 150 gr.
- baking powder 15 gr.
- sugar 150 gr.
- milk — 50 ml.
- sunflower oil — 150 gr.
- eggs — 3 PCs.
- apples — 3-4 pieces.
1. 2 apples cut into cubes, 1 slice dividing in half. 1 small Apple is left intact.
2. Whisk the eggs 1-2 minutes, add sugar.
Stir again and add milk, butter.
Then add the flour parts and baking powder.
You can pre-mix the baking powder with the flour.
3. Add the apples and stir.
Pour the batter into the form lined with parchment or greased.
In the middle put whole Apple, around the folded segments.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C. (diameter of my mould – 24 cm if you have more time for baking, you need less and Vice versa) – should come out clean.
