- to choose from:
- chicken – 600 gr.
- soy meat – 600 gr.
- vegetables – 600 gr.
- vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
- oranges – 2 pcs.
- soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
- smchp – 2 bags
- Red pepper
- sugar / honey / jam – 1 tablespoon
- starch – 1 tbsp
Chop chicken or soy meat or vegetables (for the vegan version).
Fry the chicken in a hot frying pan until golden.
For the sauce, mix in some container the juice of two oranges, soy sauce (or replace with a pinch of salt), SMPP, red pepper, honey (sugar or jam, preferably yellow) and starch for pungency.
Stir all the ingredients and send the sauce to the finished chicken.
Shuffle and leave for 30 seconds.
Provided that the fire is above average.
When the sauce thickens, mix again.
And you can spread it to the side dish.
