- sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
The first thing I do is prepare all the products, thoroughly wash my beets, clean them.

I season it with apple cider vinegar, a dessert spoon is enough for one small beet, you can use 9% vinegar.

I send beets, carrots, cucumbers, herbs and finely chopped garlic to the dishes with cabbage.
If it seems to you that there is not enough salt, then add salt, pepper, season the salad with two tablespoons of sunflower oil, if you want the salad to be a little spicy, you can add a little more vinegar, but this amount is quite enough.
I mix everything well and remove it to marinate for 20 minutes, but more can be, so it will be even tastier.
I put the ready-made salad on a plate and serve it on the table.
