Ingredients

  • onion – 2 pcs.
  • carrots – 3 pcs.
  • beets – 3 pcs.
  • potatoes – 8 pcs.
  • canned beans – 300 gr.
  • sauerkraut – 1 kg.
  • salt
  • ground black pepper – 0.5 tsp
  • hot red pepper – 0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil

Step by step recipe

1. Add 150 grams of vegetable oil to the cauldron.

2. Add the carrots and fry for 5 minutes.

3. Add the potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.

4. Add beets and fry for 5 minutes.

5. Add sauerkraut, beans, salt, black pepper, hot red and simmer all together for 10 minutes.
