Cheese soup with chicken and rice


  • cream cheese
    250 g
  • rice
    150 g
  • potatoes
    5-6 PC.
  • chicken fillet
    2 PC.
  • carrot
    1-2 PC.
  • bulb onions
    1 head
  • ground black pepper
  • greenery
  • salt



  • Boil the fillet until tender, chop the onion into cubes, grate the carrots finely, cut the potatoes into cubes. Take out the chicken, add potatoes to boiling water, add onions and carrots after resuming boiling. Let it boil again, fill in the washed rice, cook until almost ready.
  • Cut the fillet into pieces, return to the pan, add the melted cheese, mix well. Pour finely chopped greens into cheese soup with chicken fillet, let it boil, cover with a lid, let stand for 15 minutes and pour into plates.
