Cooked cream cheese soup with sausages in a slow cooker

  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cook the chicken stock by boiling the chicken bones. If there is a ready-made broth, then cooking will take much less time.
  • Peel and wash the vegetables. Grind onions, grate carrots. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, put the carrots to fry until soft. Cut sausages into cubes, put to vegetables, fry.
  • Grind greens, wash potatoes, peel, cut into cubes. Potatoes are the last thing to do. Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker, pour the broth, sprinkle with salt. Put on the quenching mode for sixty minutes, close the lid.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid and put greens and cheese. Before serving, sprinkle soup with processed cheese in a slow cooker still sprinkled with herbs.
