Soup with Potatoes and Meatballs


  • chopped meat

  • egg yolk

  • ground black pepper

  • Add raw yolk, salt, pepper to any minced meat. Form the meatballs, put in a pan, fill with water to half and heat in the oven until a crust forms. Pour cubes of raw potatoes into boiling water. Chop onion, grate carrots, fry vegetables in butter.
  • Put the frying to the potatoes, add the meatballs, cook under the lid for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add chopped green onions, dill, parsley to the soup with potatoes and meatballs, let the soup stand for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
