- 1 head cauliflower (large) cut into large pieces
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
1 cupwater into the Instant Pot® and place the steam rack inside.
Place the cauliflower in a
7-cupglass bowl and add the buffalo hot sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Place the bowl on top of the steam rack. Secure the lid.
Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust the time to 2 minutes.
When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
Transfer to a plate and serve with toothpicks.
