Make the sauce

Raspberry sauce may not be sweetened at all, but we still recommend sweetening it: a sweet note in non-dessert dishes is always a plus if it barely sounds.
- 200 g raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar (better – red wine)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- honey – to taste (to our taste – 1 tablespoon)
Whip all components in a blender. Pour into a jug or gravy boat. Serve with salads, meat, cottage cheese, cheese.
Make a salad
Raspberries can be a full-fledged component of both sweet and savory salads. we like the following recipe:
- handful of raspberries
- handful of spinach leaves
- handful of arugula
- a handful of mint
- handful of chopped bean cabbage
- a handful of green peas
- 1 medium cucumber sliced in thin long strips (use a peeler to chop the cucumber)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon French mustard
- coarse salt to taste
Beat butter with mustard, achieve a combination of the components. Put all other ingredients in a bowl, mix gently. Season with sauce and season with coarse sea salt.
Toast with raspberries and cheese

200 g brie cheese
- 400 g raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 8 slices of white bread
- butter for greasing bread
Each of the slices of bread, butter. Cut brie into thick slices, lay on bread. Mash raspberries slightly with a fork, but do not turn it into porridge. Put raspberries on top of the brie, pour with honey. Cover on top with another piece of cheese and a piece of bread. You will get 4 sandwiches. fry them in a grill pan or bake in the oven. Sandwiches are ready when the cheese has “flowed”.
Fill the tartlets with raspberry mousse
This is a great, slightly sweet dessert that goes well with light white wine and country gatherings.
- 5 sand tartlets
- handful of raspberries
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- tablespoon nutella
At the bottom of each tartlet, lay a little nutella. Raspberries, previously set aside for decoration a few berries, beat with a blender along with cream cheese. We fill it with a mixture of tartlets. We put it in the refrigerator so that the filling seizes. After an hour we get it, decorate with raspberries and serve.
Make frozen yogurt
To do this, you will not need anything except, in fact, yogurt (thick Greek), raspberries and a good freezer. As a form, you can use paper or plastic cups.
The ingredients are mixed 2: 1, that is, for example, for two glasses of yogurt – one glass of raspberries. Mix, place in cups, freeze (for a long time, at least 8 hours).
