How to make Cauliflower and Vanilla Panna Cottta
Step 1 Boil the mixture
On slow flame, put a thick-bottomed pan. Add the grated cauliflower, milk, salt and vanilla pod in it. Let the mixture boil for 20 minutes.
Step 2 Puree and mold
Now, take out the vanilla pod and make a fine puree of the mixture. Add agar-agar and whipped cream to the mixture. Pour the mixture in a mould and keep it in a chiller for 2 to 3 hours. Serve chilled.
