How to make Pasta Primavera

  • Step 1

    To start preparing this delicious recipe, boil the penne pasta according to the directions on the package. Let the pasta tenderize.

    Now, take a large skillet and heat one and half tablespoon of virgin olive oil in it. After the oil heats up, add asparagus and red onions to it. Saute on a medium to high flame for about 5 to 6 minutes. Ensure that the asparagus are tenderized. Further, add tomatoes, artichoke hearts and peas. Stir well and allow it to cook for about 2 minutes. Then add garlic and again cook for a minute or two.

    Remove the skillet from the heat and then add penne pasta, parmesan cheese and lemon juice to it. Pour a table spoon of olive oil and toss the whole mixture. Drizzle salt and pepper according to your taste. Garnish gorgeously with chopped parsley and serve hot and fresh.
