How to make Three Cheese Risotto

  • Step 1 Saute the onions until translucent

    Take a pan, drizzle some olive oil. Add fine chopped onion. Saute it till translucent. Add risotto rice. Saute it for one minute

  • Step 2 Add white wine to the pan

    Now add white wine and stir it well with rice. Add stock ladle by ladle for 3-4 times. And let the rice leave its starch. Once the rice is cooked to al dente stage. Take it off from flame.

  • Step 3 Add the cheeses, season and serve!

    Monte it with butter and parmesan, cheddar, mascarpone. Adjust seasoning if required. Garnish it with chopped parsley and serve it hot.
